Siggy pics without being a mod and other issues.

Hey ppl this forum looks so dull, mods and admins we need siggy pictures to spruce up the place what ya say? also why is there a 90 second wait for posts? to prevent spam? well that is a long time to wait, perhaps 90 seconds each thread? cos it takes a while to look through the forum and post and really is a pain.
