MOL points transaction success but no gold collected in the account???

I just buy RM50 MOL points. The reload was successful. No problem so far.
Then when I buy package B MOL points, the MOL website says the transaction is successful but I still didn't get the gold in travian account. At that time I thought it maybe normal because the process may take a while, so I proceed with buying gold in my two other accounts. After a while, I noticed something is not right, usually this process would never take this long. Until now I still didn't get the gold. Note: It was 24 (or more) hours ago and I still didn't get my gold.

According to my MOL transaction history, I just used up 4917MOLPoints (RM16.39)x3=RM49.17. What's that for? nothing. I won't waste my time to express my anger further here. You know that already.

Please contact me ASAP. I will provide other details eg. MOL's OrderID, Travian ID.
I prefer email because there are just too many spam in my forum inbox right now.
